      Pros

      - The verification products that make a difference. Here I'm a part of something meaningful. - Informal, flexible, results-oriented teams. - Company growth leads to new opportunities and new challenges to overcome. - Reasonable compensation which I'm satisfied with. - Clarity on the company's results and focus. - Yearly team offsites. You can talk every week online via GMeet, but it cannot replace in-person human interaction.

      Cons

      - No medical insurance. - You should pay attention to your work-life balance while working remotely. This is not about the company itself, but rather the working arrangement

      1. Culture—superb culture—fun, considerate, non-political, hardworking, intelligent people. They do an excellent job at hiring good people. 2. Great support and flexibility for their customers. They are very nice to work with. 3. Internal teams are very responsive. They’re very quick to help and even proactive. 4. The company works hard to innovate and support customer needs.

      Cons

      None at all—no company is perfect but this company comes pretty close.
