monthly salary....sorry quarterly salary based on extra performance(jing-juck)....Free Lunch, T brk ,200% surveillance ...if you ask for increament, you can be promoted as ex-employee... if you pay 1.5 INR,you'll be mobile developer, for 1 lakhs you can be web(php) developer for 50k you can be system admin...trainees....should not speak with near by sitting...
Cons
day to day working & being with humanity...one day you get start performer...next day you'll be fired...3rd day you can join as consultant... business model is simple....using fresher's security deposit amount, salary will be pay for sse & tl's...no pain..no gain..if no revenue from client,no salary to the team for that project..
