Crap pay. Crap health insurance. Non-management employees are either disrespected or ignored by management. The work hours are dreadful, taking into account the below average pay (I qualify for low-income housing). Raises and recognition? Forget it. They spend tons of money buying new locations but fail to invest in their people on the front lines.
