Sun promoted me from within, and hires other experienced in the field. Sun promotes learning, and empowers their managers and VPs to improve properties and operations. I have found 2 mentors that I can reach out to anytime for guidance or advice. As a Resort Manager, they offer a manager's residence property to live in on-site. Sun continues to grow their portfolio in the USA and Canada.
