Pros
It's a great place to work for people who like a flexible schedule. Option to work from home and make your own hours. Year end bonus paid out in April. Fairly relaxed environment, you work only 37.5 hours per week, instead of 40, 30 minutes for lunch.
Cons
Can be tough to move around, lots of competition for any role posted. Will need to work long hours at month end and quarter end.
