Pros
Supportive environment. If you are an introverted person it is a good place to work because, people tend to leave you be. Significant amount of trust in employees. There is an option to work from home occasionally.
Cons
If you are someone that is looking to be in a creative role, this is not for you because the work can get boring. After training you basically go on the floor and keep doing the same thing until there is new training available. And this can take forever. There is a lot of gossip though, my goodness! When you are new to the company you don't notice, but go out on a few social events outside of the office and you will find out. Whoa!
