Pros

Regular full time hours and paid holiday. Monday to Friday. Some benefits. Challenging work, always something to do. Great colleagues.

Cons

Work is mostly call center front line customer service. Performance based culture so expectation to meet quality and quantity stats. Flat management structure so limited advancement. Need to adapt to a lot of quick changing procedures and personnel. Work from home can be very isolating unless you work on socializing.
