      I liked the job. I thought I would work there a long time.

      It was the Worst management. Training by non English speaking workers. I was told in hand gestures to slow down. It was like working in a third world with dictators yelling.. BAD BAD BAD DO AS I SAY Go LOOK FOR NEW JOB ..

      Pros

      Some of the coworkers are good people. Not much else. The owner is a nice guy.

      Cons

      Management makes promises they do not keep and have no intention of keeping. They hire molding managers that have no clue about injection molding. They hire molding managers, supervisors and techs that are not even qualified to be mold setters. Presses have never been maintained (zero preventive maintenance) and are in terrible condition.
