      Individual team members are great to work with

      Cons

      Terrible Management. Do not work here if you actually want to have a career. These people will hold a hiring Event on a Friday and lay people off on a Monday with no Regard for the time that they waste. Will not pay out PTO when they lay you off, and zero severance unless you are top top management.

      Caleb Arthur is tenacious, innovative, and connected. He is constantly checking and adjusting to the current economic and political climates. Aaron Moore, the Director of Sales, is one of the best people I have ever met. W2 employees. Gas stipends. Company vehicles are available in certain situations. There is no cap on commissions, multiple Energy Consultants make 6 figures.
