      Country club with no customers

      Cons

      Poor management from the top down. Like the old Mafia saying "The fish rots from the head down".. They are not qualified to work at a real store and would not make it 30 minutes

      Pros

      Managers genuinely care about their staff, fairly flexible with schedule/ home life balance. 99.9% of the staff is super friendly, quick to help and hard working.

      Cons

      Location, not a huge fan of Orlando.
