      Pros

      Great company that recently did a big turn around to focus on high quality design. Upper management really did the work to set up smart work processes and focused on hiring leaders that were passionate about doing things the right way. Employees are spread out between US and Canada, and it is remote worker friendly.

      Cons

      Still a new company, working out the kinks.

      The company has a new leadership team that has an inspiring vision for the organization. The company is making a lot of progress and excelling in the industry. Also, the benefits are amazing. The medical insurance is the best I've ever had in my career.

      Cons

      The organization is working through a lot of growth, which is leading to more process and structure, which is a work in progress.
