Pros
You learn so much & it definitely builds customer service skills. You also have an appearance to hold so it builds self confidence.
Cons
If the district manager doesn't like you, you will be fired for whatever reason they come up with. I was told a customer called the store & it was recorded. They do not record calls at any of the stores.
