Opportunity to work on lots of interesting projects, given lots of responsibility, able to learn a ton based on the work Suncor gets involved in, great coworkers, pay/benefits is pretty good.

Toxic work environment/poor leadership in some areas, over processed/bureaucratic, advancement is determined by who you know, cost constraints mean constantly looking for reductions
