As a person of my craft with years of experience, our company is now in the era of employing the people with skills rather than growing within. If youve been around the traps you will get 'used' to pull the new folk along, bust your gut with projects with imaginary and farcical estimates. Management Spin is all about the 'Strategy'. You get to work on stuff withoutbknowing tge business value. Structural , strategic test Automation is non existent. Same planning. Scrum masters are basically trying their best in a waterfall model with the lipstick of agile. Cant remember one person over the last 5 years or more has any structure to uplift their capabilty. No doubt I tried but manament never seem to deliver. Goals and aspirations= forget it. Help and support = not much there,monly to fight yhe fires above which is the constant. Plus perms hand holding cut price outsourcing.
