Set Monday through Friday work schedule, weekends off, friendly staff, long lunch breaks, fun work environment easy job if you love kids

Poor pay, you get paid bi-weekly, management cares more about sales and getting tuition paid, you can't really discipline children for acting up, no consequences

the design of the building is cute; it's very clean.

Understaffed, and the management didn't care about the actual education of the children, just maintaining ratios when licensing was there. I once witnessed children being dragged down the hall on their nap mats while asleep to keep the ratio when a teacher was sent home, so they woke up in a different room with different people than when they went to sleep-- how stressful!! Any ideas I suggested to improve the room and quality of care were ignored. Staff were constantly back-stabbing. And all this in less than 2 months!
