Toxic Company - Anonymous employee Sundyne Employee Review

Terrible company to work for. The culture is toxic. Management turnover is constant, we had 3 different GMs over the course of one year. And many of the managers who are there manage based on fear. For example, this is a company where you are discouraged to talk to your own coworkers as they walk by so as to not be seen by management as unproductive. Humans are treated like machines, solely valued for their output. It would be hard for me to recommend a company less. I have a piece of advice to job seekers looking at Sundyne for employment: keep looking.
