The only thing this place has going for its self are the benefits, other than that its not worth your time and effort.
Cons
Some things to think about. Commissions are almost non existent you only get paid if store meets its goal not an easy job as goals tend to be very very high. Management both local and corp are a joke, they would rather waste company money on bs rather than pay commission from dollar one of your sales. They will not hesitate to cut your hours if your sales are down even slightly, they some how dont understand or dont want to, associates cant make people come into the store so if they are not coming then guess what management heads no sales. You would rather blame the associate for not doing her job. Salary for those of you who dont know the only way you can get paid a some what higher salary is by working in a Platinum store, if you are gold or sliver you get paid min. wage or just above, even though you perform the same functions in every store.
