      There is no formal interview

      No transparency, misleading as to what the work is, they like to stray away from what is mentioned in your offer, mental health goes down the drain, if you raise objection to absurd demands like working hours and pay that goes beyond what is mentioned in your offer you will be declared an enemy and will have to face harassment, I should have never taken up this internship
