      Pros

      Over 2500 persons have worked and resigned from that company (inhouse statistics). If a new company will start in that region that company has to run there production with the HR and Managment Department alone. Over 60% will resigned and that is a fact!

      Cons

      Management is a joke. To many career climbers with no training and no Managment mentality the same for the PD. Operations management is non-existent. It is all smoke and mirrors. If you are a scientist abroad, for God's sake STAY AWAY! This is not the company you may be led to believe it is.

      Management is looking for every flaw in every employee, not looking to help current employees, just looking for slightest reason to fire.
