Pros
They give you dental and health insurance.
Cons
When you start they say that everyone has great work life balance. This is far from the truth. They encourage you to work every Saturday. There is no culture. If you have a family run. You will lose your family dynamic and will never get to see your kids. Your revenue goal is constantly getting higher and so does the stress. They encourage you not to take your lunch breaks. They tell you to start work an hour early (even though you won't be paid.) They say you can make six figures when you start. You cannot make six figures as a tier I (which is what you are when you start.) All they care about is hitting numbers. Not employees. There is a reason why everyone keeps leaving. It's a revolving door and they are running the organization into the ground.
