Awesome environment Cool Clientele You can kind of have fun with your uniform You don’t always work at the same location (not ideal for everyone but you get to travel around)
Cons
They will call you at all hours for minimal things or to open/close last minute They do not care if customers get creepy/pervy with you, a male customer tried to hit me with a fetish toy. No one cared They do discriminate when hiring sometimes Management is horrible No room to move up unless someone quits Was promised a raise upon being hired and never got it No benefits Will try to work you as many days a week as they can without hitting overtime, they hate paying you more than necessary H.R. is a joke all of management are friends so pray to god you don’t have problems with any of them They tried to open the store in the middle of lockdown earlier in 2020 then later said people didn’t have to wear masks when they were present in the store, the do NOT care about you at ALL but they want you to dedicate your life to their stores They might ask you to work out of state at your own expense
