Snowboarding there is very good

Your mangers don't respect you, The food they serve to employees is bad quality and expensive, They will fire you for no reason if they want to, Work life balance is terrible, Staff accommodation is filthy and outdated, No value for hard work, HR doesn't help when complaints are made

Super great atmosphere. Well looked after and supported by collages.

If you work nights, you have to live up on the mountain, so access to the town of Banff is limited. But really its just how you look at it. I was living on a ski hill... it was amaing!
