- High turnover. Everyone who works there have been working there for about 1-2 years. Less than 10% of people have been there for more than 2 years. - Politics between employees and management. - Lack of communication and support from leadership. For example I’ve been there for a year and I only spoke to my line manager 4 times in one year. In a team of 5 people I account for 20% of the team and she never gave me time to train me or provide any valuable coaching which I really wanted. - Lack of learning opportunities. - Everyone in supply chain works in silos - if you need help with your portfolio you won’t receive it here.
