People are great and pay is good.

Hours are long with minimal direction

The employees of the company were great. Very friendly and personable. Otherwise stay far away from this company

Lack of leadership Lack of accountability Really bad benefits Every medical office asked what is that health insurance as most never heard of them No oversight or direction Brought politics in the office (Made you watch one of the conventions) Not saying which one as really not about that as I believe all politics should not be something that should be pushed on any employees Unprofessional in many ways. First job in my career I never touched my 401K because I knew I would not be here long term because of the way I felt the way IT had no leadership or communication and the way the company allowed some people to treat other employees that were not executives
