Pros
The few employees that I worked with on a branch level were nice. For every loan you closed, some money went into a bank that you could later use for marketing materials.
Cons
So many. I barely understand the underwriting staff, little to no direct contact with the underwriter, if you are not a man, you won't get anywhere in this company. After a loan closes, I found myself sitting at the table with my clients and all of us staring at each other until the loan funded, which was an extremely slow process. It was so hard to get a loan done with this company.
