Food 2 months to 1 YEAR out of date in walk in, being prepared and served. Expired food on customer accessibile reach ins. Redating items inappropriately or purposely misinterpreting dates to extend serving. Rotation non-existent. Cross Contamination issues frequent. (raw chicken nestled in with RTE foods. Mold in soda fountains. Piles of random, or rotting (for "farmers"), food for donation, with no way to discern date/safety. Floor drains filled to the brim with food detritus. Completely untrained bodies as staff saying things like "I don't think temperature matters that much." Just absolutely disgusting. But even worse, was when it WAS brought to managments attention, through proper channels first, they didn't care. Not even a little bit, except to apparently, pass on exactly who was concerned so they could bully them. Thereafter, the retaliation was palpable and also, completely accepted by management.
