Pros
The company has changed two-fold in my time at Solis. Senior management is now listening to the needs of the employees. People are being promoted from within the enterprise, so there is a great opportunity for growth if you put in the effort. Surveys are sent out to ask employees what policies they'd like to be implemented or changed (we now have flex hours due to this - giving us better flexibility for work-life balance). Kudos to the change Solis, keep it up!
Cons
The past used to be a huge con for Solis (as one probably can conclude from reviews on here from years ago), but that was the past and the company has shed that skin. Do not be deterred from those prior reviews, if you have worries make those worries clear to them in the interviewing process and they can show you how they've changed with clear examples.
