Pros
In my opinion, the older reviews are not a representation of Solis anymore. They may have held weight in the past, but no longer are those reviews relevant. Working at Solis is great, a lot of the staff have great attitudes and have that family feel at times. Everyone wants each other to succeed and strive to be their very best. If you are an accountable person you will be entirely fine if you say you are going to do something ...... then do it.
Cons
Sometimes people get a little glum and they just need to turn that frown upside down as it can sweep over the office like the plague, but that's true of any office. So that is more of a con of human nature rather than a problem at Solis. Stay positive and the people around you will stay positive.
