Pros
Employees, for the most part, are highly qualified with a strong work ethic. Products are well-regarded in the marketplace and are ubiquitous within the restaurant and grocery world. The work itself is varied and interesting.
Cons
Passive aggression and outright bullying tactics by senior management tend to reduce morale and cause paralysis on the part of an otherwise skilled labour force. Managers are not allowed to empower or allow autonomy on the part of their subordinates. Talent and money are thus wasted as work is duplicated, proper training is not provided, and crucial information is hidden from those who require it to properly perform their jobs.
