      Great discount on merchandise, friendly coworkers, not hard to learn, working at different locations sometimes

      Cons

      Scheduling, politics, benefits, no true breakroom, pushing to sell custom orthotics, changing locations at a moments notice without an regard to what you'd like

      Pros

      Great discounts, exclusive specialty running brand working with a great team. Commission rate is very good but you have to put in the work!!

      Cons

      There are only 4 locations in NYC and 2-3 in California. Training process may seem exhausting but it is well worth it since you will be working with most clients that want professional advice. Consider yourself their Client Advisor rather than a regular sales associate and you will get compensated for it!
