      The owner is very engaged in the business and has treated numerous employees to all expense paid cruises and trips to Vegas over the years. These perks are well received and very unique for companies to provide in this economy.

      Would like to see a greater investment in corporate professional development for staff members.

      Pros

      Nice team, Pay for overtime, No weekends & Stable hours

      Cons

      Bad place for office (always have to worry if you get a parking spot), benefits aren't the greatest, Management doesn't care about you, Owners don't give you any benefits to retain staff (they use the money they get to go on vacation instead of giving staff a raise or trips, etc), HO can be rude alot of the times, overworked & less pay.
