Joining this organization was one of the most regrettable decisions of my career. While the company may appear promising from the outside, the reality within is starkly different. The work culture is extremely challenging, with poor management practices and an unhealthy work environment. The leadership lacks a progressive mindset, making it difficult for employees to grow and contribute meaningfully. During my time there, I encountered significant professional and personal distress, which ultimately led me to resign. Workplace politics and insecurity among senior members further exacerbated the challenges, making it an unsustainable place for career growth.
