I have been at Super Team for 6 years and they have supported me from day 1. The hiring process is very intense and they get to know you on a deeper level to make sure you fit the role. In the marketing department is super fun and creative and we have fun, laugh and enjoy being together. There is a spirit of trust and genuineness that makes me want to come to work every day. Best of all is if I want to move up they hire from within first!

If you like loads of rules and regulations this is probably not the best place for you. The business is open 7 days a week and extremely busy in the spring. There are not loads of benefits since it is a small company. But they do give life insurance and short term disability!
