very flat organizational hierarchy. But this can still be a Pro because everyone can speak to the CEO directly. Also with the small staff, one might feel stretched thin at times.
Pay is good, benifits are ok. Great flexibility in terms of being able to test and experiment with different tools and technology.
Cons
Pay increases and benefits dwindled throughout the years partly due to an extended period of poor fund permance. Management makes hash desicions without thinking about it affects employee moral. No room for growth.
