A significant concern within the organization is the leadership style of the Senior Director HR. In my experience, there was a pattern of employees being singled out and treated inconsistently. The role's authority sometimes appeared to be used in ways that felt punitive rather than constructive, creating an environment of fear and discouraging open communication. This management approach negatively affected morale, trust, and employee retention. I believe stronger accountability, transparent processes, and more balanced leadership would improve the workplace culture.
