Challenging work environment. Great co-worker support the majority of the time. Encouraged to problem solve. Attentiveness, self-motivation, and hard work were acknowledged.

Management was too involved in displaying favoritism to certain employees. This caused a division between some key employees. At times work environment seemed more like soap opera drama.
