staff care about the residents and the residents are happy and well cared for.

i think people are let go and then become upset and post untrue things on here.

The residents (people that actually live there) appreciate the staff. The employeees are very friendly, despite being understaffed and definitely overworked.

Management lacks organization in multiple areas, that result in lack of communication that causes stress on all employees. There was absolutely zero orientation to the position. All they offered was a guided tour of the facility, and they were no forthcoming about the actual demands of the job - I think because they did not have a clue as to what was actually involved. I could not help but feel that it was misrepresented entirely.
