Staff are all great. Staff discount. Lots of staff have made it to Long service leave and are still here. Manager knows everyone's name, says hello to everyone and shares a joke.

Occasionally more staff would be good, but then again sometimes there seems like a lot of staff. I guess it depends on lots of things like weather, and whether anyone has called in sick etc. Store can feel cramped when its busy as the aisles are not very wide

This work environment is suitable for secondary school graduates since it will give them the exposure and experience needed to balance work and everthing else,hence being a steping stone job.

From working Late night shifts to returning early in the mornings could leave you very exausted. Also female workers may have to lift heavy loads, especially if you work as a store associate.
