None of these are cons to me, I am still listing them because I undrstand people are not the same..🤞 - Things are very professional and operations take place in a very formal way. (Pro for me) -About the boss, you mess things up she won't hesitate to FIRE your 🍑.... -No spoon feeding..

Supl.ai has a very healthy work environment. The leaders are approachable and always ready to help. I also had a lot of space to learn and grow with the team because of the highly experimental culture, and often changes in workflow. It was a challenging job but it never felt like I was under stress or pressure. I had an amazing year working here so far.

Challenging environment that requires to be constantly on our toes. Sometimes the process and outcomes are not very direct. Since it is a start-up we ended up multi-tasking a lot and doing things out of our job description. The experimental culture means short lifespans of the workflows introduced.
