Leadership appeared to lack a clear strategic vision, which often led to confusion around priorities and inconsistent decision-making. While there are talented individuals on the team, stronger direction and alignment from the top would greatly benefit the organization and its long-term success. I have never worked for a company were multiple people quit on the spot.
At the time of layoffs employees would be let go over zoom and immediately cut there access to the building and systems. Some employees were not allowed to even collect there items from their desk or say goodbye. This approach was very cold with no regards to the employees livelyhood.
