Pros

Weekly pay period. Employees allowed to eat food prepared in store kitchen.

Cons

low pay, unrealistic expectations, ridiculous employee turnover rate. Store manager is cold, unapproachable, condescending and mean to anyone that dares questions her iron will, or the undocumented employee policies. There is no HR department so you can't even advocate for yourself. There isn't a shortage of her favorites, (you can find them together scratching lottery tickets in a closed office), compensation doesn't increase regardless of ambition, punctuality or attendance. PTO policies contradict state mandates and payroll doesn't represent timecard, only the schedule.
