      Pros

      Sur La table is a great place to work. The product is awesome, the team is great and we learn and share great knowledge with our customers. Good leaders are what shape the stores environment. We hire the best talent who are customer driven and we train on the other skills that are needed to be successful.

      I love what I do. I have a great team. I feel very supported and valued.

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      Cons

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
