Pros

More interesting to work at than most places. If you have any interest in cooking or higher end cookware, you will enjoy working here. Casual dress code, friendly employees, amazing coffee machines.

Cons

Very old computer system that can be very difficult to teach and learn. No benefits offered to part-time workers, health benefits are available for full-time but are a little pricey. Thanksgiving through Christmas is "season" and requires an additional day of work each week. Tough during an already busy time for most people but, also extra money so maybe not a con for everyone.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
