      - Stable company with good colleages. - Due to diffrenet projects it enhances the technical experience.

      Cons

      - Very bad management, there is no HR department and no rules. - Management is totally unfair. There is no appreciation for hard working employees, there is no appreciation at all. - Working with some managers make the place insufferable. - Sure environment needs the ability to work under pressure.

      1-Sales management lacked effective leadership and sometimes misrepresented information 2-The company did not consistently honor commission commitments, leading to uncertainty 3-HR management used threatening language regarding termination and lacked necessary qualifications and English communication skills 4-Employee contracts were sometimes ended abruptly with little notice, causing stress and instability
