Pros

Compensation in US Dollars: The remuneration structure predominantly revolves around compensation denominated in US Dollars, with little deviation from this focus, serving as a recurring motif in their discourse. Benevolent Individuals: The individuals comprising the company's personnel are generally characterized by their affable nature and positive intentions, fostering a favorable interpersonal environment.

Cons

Gulf Mentality: Emphasizing the fixation on one's USD salary as the primary indicator of satisfaction is a recurring theme in their communication, often to the point of redundancy. Lack of Organization: The company exhibits a notable absence of structured processes, resulting in a state of disarray and inefficiency. Absence of Company Culture and Organizational Structure: It is advisable not to anticipate the presence of a distinct corporate culture or a well-defined organizational framework within this company. Stringent Contractual Terms: The contractual terms offered by this company are amongst the most unfavorable imaginable, characterized by exorbitant penalties for seemingly arbitrary infractions, placing employees in a vulnerable position. Overly Rigorous Contractual Stipulations: While the contractual terms are undeniably onerous, it is worth noting that the company's personnel are generally amiable, meaning that one's reliance on their goodwill becomes a pivotal factor in mitigating potential hardships.
