Executive Leadership is poor and dishonest at best. They are not leaders. They talk a lot but do not act. Employees are all overworked no matter the department. Extremely high turnover No direct constructive advice to employees No training. No work life balance They will say one thing and expect something else There are very clear favorites and those employees are not held to the same standard as other employees
