      Challenging, always something different, great team and laid back culture.

      Cons

      Some clients can be tough, but most are nice. It takes awhile before you can be independent (lots to learn).

      Every voice is heard. Upper level management cares truly about its staff and listens. Company is growing internally and externally. Love working here!
