Only seasonal temps give 5 stars - Business Analyst SurePrep Employee Review

Some members of the Business team are very much micro-managers. They are inexperienced at managing people and have zero people skills. If it's not their idea, it's a bad idea.. but then realizes it's a good idea and sells it off as their own. There is nothing wrong with being at a company for a long time, but when it's the only company that you've worked for, you have no idea how things are outside of your small company. Some members of the Business team have their hands in everything, which makes scheduling time with them impossible. They are always late to meetings, if they haven't already been moved or postponed all together. They then leaves other members on their team out of meetings then get upset when they don't know what they knows. I loved what I did here, and I got along well with everyone. If I reported to someone else, I'd still be a this company. Apply and accept at your own risk. If I had to do it all over again, I would not have accepted the job.
