You will feel good to work in small company,Management will encourage you to do lots of work.
Cons
No policy in surewaves,Management will mold it according to their wish Developer do not have work life balance. You will get lots of leisure time in testing team. Job prospect is very less. They will ask for each minute record after interval of one hour. Even after 6-8 Year,you have to do freshers work.
