Working at Surefoot Los Angeles offers a collaborative team environment. Colleagues are supportive, and there's a strong sense of camaraderie among staff. I enjoy interacting with customers and helping them find the perfect footwear. It’s rewarding to see customers leave satisfied and comfortable with their purchases.Surefoot provides extensive training on their products, which helps in building expertise and confidence in recommending the right items to customers.

Cons

The job can require long hours, especially during peak seasons, which can be tiring. The job also nvolves standing for long periods and can be physically demanding. In addition, Multitasking and dealing with difficult customers and trouble shooting can be challening during our busy season.

Pros

I spent 2 winters at Surefoot. When it comes to the pay, it is hard to find another in-store sales job paying that well. That being said your pay purely depends on your skill, and a bit of luck because the snow forecast/season dictates the volume of customers. It was a fun environment and team for the most part.

Cons

A bit disorganized because of the age of the systems, and very unclear about the benefits (there aren’t any) except an Ikonpass that is REFUNDED to you at END of the season, and only applies if you have been there for the entirety of the season
